I.M.O, these shoes are the are the best you will ever have if you do aerobics - they are very supportive when you need to move or jump sideways (something i found NOT to be the case with running shoes), have excellent cushioning on landing ; are good for running as well. If you do Bodyattack or Bodystep classes, these are great for both. If only they looked a bit more stylish.... (but thats a minor gripe, really)

ASICS GEL-100 TR Trainers
Very supportive with good cushioning for gym or aeorobic workouts. Excellent when using weights. Down-side they are quite ugly and seem heavy and inflexible compared to the asic kyano running trainers I normally wear.
