An undisputed classic, the adidas Superstar was first introduced in 1969 as a low cut basketball shoe with a timeless design for great versatility and a distinctive look. It is still going strong today for the more casual wearer. This Superstar II trainer is a re issue of the classic adidas Superstar and features a classic white all leather upper, the iconic white rubber shell toe for added protection and damage resistance, the originals logo and brand name on the heel and tongue, as well as the trademark adidas 3 stripes. Also featured is a durable rubber outsole with a high traction Herringbone tread pattern for good grip on surfaces.

Why hasn't anyone reviewed these already? I've been wearing mine at least 2 years, for everything, including kayaking! Every so often I clean them and paint more whitening stuff on. That's all - comfy, practical, and very hard-wearing, a great buy, and when they finally wear out I'll look for another pair.
